NKRに添削
火曜は4限だけなので、午前中は自宅でバイトの小論文添削。この仕事、大変割がよい仕事なのですが、自分の精神を沈静化して冷静に評価をつけ続けるのが結構大変です。
お昼に、久しぶりに松屋に行って「カルビ焼肉定食」を食べる。その後は学校の新オープンに引きこもって再び添削作業…NKR（注1）だな…。

添削という作業は、実に手を抜くのが簡単な仕事である。その気になれば、10分前後で1000字の原稿を読み、適当に評価をつけ、コメントを数行つけることは出来る。実際、一晩で20枚以上を添削するという非常識極まりない仕事の割り振りを受け、こなしたこともある。そして、別にそのような添削でも、給料は一律である（注２）
しかし…、これが拘りだすと拘れる作業なのだ。資料文の誤読、論理の飛躍、表記ミス…答案上で明らかに減点されそうなアドバイスを書くだけでかなりの分量になる。さらに、各生徒さんが今後よい答案を書くためのアドバイス…となると、結構悩んでしまったりする。一番悩むのが、非常によく書けた答案と、極端に出来の悪い答案である。平均的な答案は、指摘するポイントも似通ってくるから、すぐに終わる。
後は、忙しさによってクオリティーも変わってくる…正直、拘れるときは拘れるんで。

とか言いつつ、オイシイ仕事であることは否定できないな。
ただ、非常に精神力と時間を蝕む作業になることもあるから大変だよね。
あはは、ゴメンナサイ～!!ぶっちゃけちゃいました。
でも、毎回、少しでもタメになる添削をしようと思って悩んでるもんね、お互い。
僕は今朝無事大船に提出しました。ちょっと民法演習遅刻しちゃったけど、出席は○の扱いにしてくれた！感謝です。
